The drill heads are manufactured in 0.1 mm increments. With the help of shims, the hole diameter can be fine-tuned.
For cross drilling, a version with an extended drill head and 3 additional guide plates is available as an option.
The tool clamping on the machine is the same as conventional carbide head deep drilling tools. All clamping elements are available.
You receive TBT drill bits with fully equipped and ready to use changeable inserts, along with the necessary wrench for changing wear parts.
