Unusual direction
This year our team for the first time I managed to work with the Swedish company DST Seibu Giken.
This company specializes in adsorption dehumidifiers, which are essential for the operation of many enterprises where it is necessary to solve problems with humidity: corrosion, mold, condensate.
Dehumidifiers are used in very different areas, because all projects are complex and specific: among the industries there are not only commercial, but also pharmaceutical and food, requiring special control.
We have supplied several similar installations to a number of Russian enterprises. Also, our specialists helped with installation and commissioning.
We have no doubt that we will cooperate more than once with our new partners, DST Seibu Giken, because the work on these projects was carried out according to the highest European standards.

New projects
2021 began for our company with many new interesting projects, each of which became a kind of challenge.
For example, between the sale of a record batch of crushers (hardly exported from China due to a shortage of containers) and the processing of a mass of orders for hydraulic and other products, our specialists helped one large Ural enterprise to supply and install equipment for an ultrasonic cleaning bath.
The positions of Martin Walter Ultraschalltechnik were chosen as frequency converters in this project, offering the most high-tech solutions on the market for cleaning oil, dirt and other things.
As always, we were happy to collaborate with new enterprises, expand their own boundaries and learn something new.

Congratulations on the upcoming holidays!
Dear clients, partners, friends!
Very soon, the very moment that has been talked about and joked about all year will come: the year 2020, so difficult and uncertain for all of us, will end.
In fact, it seems to us that it is more correct to consider the past year as a year of opportunities. We all learned something new: someone learned to work remotely, someone learned to relax in their own country, someone spent their free time getting new professions, someone to improve business processes, and someone finally made time for my favorite hobbies... The list could go on and on.
We wish you, and us too, to be able to learn from past times and try to become better. Having survived the crisis, we simply must try to become stronger, prepare for future trials and must appreciate what we have and always remember what we dream about.

Electroplating bath design
We recently took part in a very interesting project. Our task was design a specific galvanizing bath at the request of a large industrial enterprise located in Perm, and also supply Heating elements for this bath.
The task was not easy, but we managed to complete the project within the specified time. As heating elements by our specialists positions were chosen production f. Scandymet (heating elements you will soon be able to order from this company through our website).

Another successful vice project
Over the past few months, we have begun to work frequently with European manufacturers of machine vices.
A project we are particularly proud of was carried out for one of the largest plants in Stavropol.
Our specialists have done a titanic work in developing a competent technical proposal for the plant in order to meet the complex and highly specific requirements of the plant.
Also, our specialists carried out installation and commissioning of equipment in Stavropol. The business trip was difficult, but memorable!

Completed one of the anchor projects of the year
Dear clients!
In 2020, we completed many important projects, one of which was the supply of an industrial X-ray digitizer Array 2905 for laboratory equipment non-destructive testing of products. The project was carried out for the needs of one of the largest machine-building plants in the Urals.
Our specialists have come a long way, including agreement and development proposals for the plant together with the Japanese manufacturer, all logistics, customs and certification processes, as well as installation and installation at the enterprise.

Completed a project for the supply, commissioning and commissioning of a lathe
At the beginning of last week, we completed the long and difficult process of supplying and setting up a lathe for a Russian industrial enterprise.

The most time-consuming crusher project comes to an end
Despite the difficult economic situation, as well as the coronavirus pandemic, work at our company is in full swing. Our engineers, working mostly remotely with Huare engineers, have almost completed the most challenging crusher project to date.
This is a Huare crusher made to order by one of the largest Russian enterprises with a powerful volute and a heavily modified hopper (receiver).
We are always happy to participate in such projects, because they are usually of the greatest interest.

Another long-term construction completed!
As always - we hasten to share with you the joy of the completed project.
For the past few months, we have been designing and manufacturing 12 gearboxes (from 1 to 3 kW) for mechanized multi-storey parking SNM-100, designed by Russian enterprises.
Thanks to BEGE engineers for help with gearboxes K152MA90S4 and G22IEC80L4!
The main thing purpose of a batch of products - for testing and production of the first sample of the object.
"ESP 314" hopes that this mechanized parking system will receive a proper response from the mass client and is always ready to help with the implementation of such projects.

A long-awaited project has been completed!
Just last week we finally finished our long-term construction! Hooray!
Over the past few months, our engineering team, together with our Dutch colleagues, has been developing and installing a modern meat cutting system at one of the largest Russian enterprises!
This project was very difficult for us: measurements of all the necessary parameters, the approval process, as well as complex logistics - all this occupied our minds and hearts throughout the long summer and autumn days. That is why we are especially proud of this project and are happy to share with you some photos with the results of our work!
Congratulations to our engineers, colleagues and everyone who was involved in this project with a successful completion!
Next in line is another complex project, which we will also tell you about very soon - we expect to close it before the end of December!
