HSL Series
It is used in the field of impact strength of large-scale plastics in the case of non-degradable materials crushed in the mold hole or plastic waste shredded for further use. There is a possibility of use in the domestic sphere, in the field of polyethylene pipes, rubber tires, packaging materials.
There are two types of shredders: single-rotor (single-shaft) and double-rotor (two-shaft).
Single Shaft Shredder used for the processing of solid bulky waste. It consists of a hydraulic press, a rotor on which the knives are located, a frame and a receiving hopper. Polymeric materials loaded into the hopper opening with the help of a hydraulic system enter the rotating rotor.
A rotor with knives rotating towards the waste fed into the hopper crushes it into a fine fraction. The sieve tray located at the outlet with holes with a diameter of 40 mm screens out the fraction of the desired size.
Twin Shaft Shredder has two rotors, knives - also made of high-hard tool steel, a frame and a receiving hopper. The rotation speed of these rotors is lower, but with more torque. The processed material is fed into the bunker manually or with the help of a loader (or conveyor). After hitting the rotating knives, the material is cut into small pieces. The twin shaft shredder can process waste from blow molding machines, thermoforming machines, injection molding machines, as well as leather, plastic, rubber, and so on. in exactly this way.
