The company has a rich history, formerly in the furniture industry, but in the 80s moved into the tool industry for traditional machine tools as well as for CNC machines.
For more than 30 years of activity, BRIGHETTI MECCANICA srl
has stood out due to the high quality of its products, making every effort, both from a technical and commercial point of view, to meet the needs of its customers in a timely manner.
The entire production cycle is carried out in Italy, so all products are "Made in Italy".
In addition to the standard tools presented in the General Catalogue, BRIGHETTI MECCANICA srl manufactures special tools based on customer's technical drawings.
Each item is subjected to proper heat treatment and, upon request, different types of coverage are used.

The mechanized slotting machine is a new efficient slotting system on CNC lathes.
The experience acquired by BRIGHETTI MECCANICA over the years has made it possible to understand the most basic problems encountered during chiselling and to develop correction solutions that are attached to the tool itself. This patented system has the following features:
– Full efficiency
With the same slotting machine, you can do both external and internal stitching, simply by changing the rotation of the lathe's mechanized axis and turning the tool by 180 °.
– Symmetry correction
The correction system installed on the front allows you to correct the symmetry, making it possible to move the tool along the Y axis and, in addition, providing the ability to correctly and efficiently use the tool on lathes without a Y axis. The field of work in this case will be 0.5mm Y + up to 0.5mm Y-.
The instrument is perfectly phased by means of a sliding track. longitudinal correction.
– A correction system that affects the linearity of processing.
If a longitude error is found along the Z axis during operation, the tool can be corrected and the error eliminated by acting on the rear screw.
The MBT power piercing head is produced in 3 different types depending on the piercing depth:
depth 35 mm: article number MVT-35
depth 50 mm: article number MVT-50
depth 65 mm: item no. MVT-65
Thanks to the experience gained over many years working with BT/BTA tools, we have been able to develop programs for the mechanized piercing head for the most common CNC machines. In this case, the programs are also provided to our customers free of charge. With our power piercing head, you can use a series of tools designed for the production of keyways and external polygonal splines. For each type of mechanized piercing head (MBT-35/50/65), we have created a special series of tools that can be changed depending on the piercing depth.
