Piercing head  BR-G12A  by sewing method  internal openings and external surfaces of various profiles, is a novelty compared to models  existing on the world market, although it can be used
like any other BR piercing head on traditional machines and
  CNC machines.

The main feature of the piercing head  BR-G12A  is the ability to use firmware of any length from  25 to 60 mm. This means that the maximum working depth (L  fig.2) can reach max. 60mm while usable depth  stitching(L1 fig.2) can reach 20mm.

Replacing the firmware when flashing at different depths occurs  quickly and easily, with the help of the adjustment screw and the cancellation gauge that the piercing head is equipped with,  The piercing head is adjustable depending on the length of the piercing. It is necessary to do the same in the case of flashing external  surfaces.

For optimal use of the piercing head, it should be remembered that, equivalent to the material and section, with increasing piercing length, the “pressure on the point” increases. For this reason, it is necessary to reduce the feed rate and
number of revolutions per piercing head.
